Sub : Regarding Increased Flat Area Ratio (FAR).
Dear Sir/Madam,
This has reference to the captioned subject. In this regard the members of Noida Extension Flat Owners and Members Association (NEFOMA) had a meeting dt. 25th Sept ‘ 2011. The NEFOMA group with around 300 members strongly oppose the increased FAR in Noida Extension projects. Please note that the increase in FAR will result in more dense and taller towers/flats. More numbers of flats in turn will have more dense population. This will lead to water and environmental inconvenience to the flat owners. The risk during natural calamity like earthquake will also be incremented. Also the additional expansion due to increased FAR will delay the projects.
We, NEFOMA on behalf of all NE flat buyers, request you to look into the matter in the welfare of the buyers and withdraw the increase in FAR with immediate effect. We would be highly obliged to you.
Thanking you.
Regards.
