we have some Question/Suggestions & demand for builders before construction start . :-
1) If any buyers paid 10% amount of BSP, builders can't send cancellation letter or ask any extra amount.
2) We want to know new completion date for noida extension projects after approval of master plan or before construction start.
3) Option for Shahberi affected Flat buyers.
4) If builder r planning to use FAR & increased no. of towers/floor ,this will effect all of us so that we have rights to information about change.
5) Quality of construction,interior promised by builder should be full fill.
6) Before Change in layout Plan builder must inform us.
7) Buyers'll not compromised on Green Area and other eminities.
8) Buyers have rights to ask construction status on regular interval so it's a duty of builder to provide progress of construction .
